Lorien Maison was founded in 2023 to bring together timeless, feminine pieces that help women feel elegant without overthinking what they wear. We were inspired by the beauty of minimal style, soft silhouettes, refined details, and clothing that moves naturally through different moments of life.

Instead of chasing excess, we focus on the essentials: flattering shapes, thoughtful textures, wearable colours, and styles that can be worn with confidence season after season.

HOW WE OPERATE

We believe you should know exactly who you are buying from.

Lorien Maison is an online retail brand operated by Izu Dk Growth LLC, a company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States (registration number 0008053777). We are not an Australian-registered company.

We sell exclusively to customers in Australia. All prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars.

We do not manufacture our garments. Our collections are sourced from NUMBER selected apparel manufacturers and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Guangdong, China. This is why our estimated delivery time is 9 to 15 business days from purchase, rather than the 1 to 2 days typical of locally warehoused retailers.

We tell you this upfront because we would rather set an accurate expectation than an appealing one.

YOUR RIGHTS AS AN AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMER

Because we sell to consumers in Australia, your purchase is protected by the Australian Consumer Law, regardless of where our company is registered or where your order ships from.

If a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or does not do what we said it would do, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in our policies excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
